Thank you for your interest in obedience training at Dunes Dog Training Club, we feel
that obedience training is an essential factor for every dog and owner. Contact us for more info regarding our Private Lessons
and Children’s classes.
Next Puppy Class ( for puppies 8 weeks to 5 months): Tuesday

In our Beginner’s course, the master as well as the dog will be learning some important lessons in training
that will be used throughout the dog’s life. Proper use of the "choke" collar and the leash will be emphasized along
with controlled heeling, sit-stay, down-stay and come when called. Other training techniques you will be learning are the
correct use of your tone of voice and the importance of having a good attitude.
To assure your position in the Puppy Class, Beginners Class, or any of the Advanced Classes we urge you to
forward your completed contract with fee (fees are listed on the attached contract) to us immediately.
Places in the classes are awarded on a PAID,
first-come, first-serve basis until the limit of 8 dogs
per class has been reached.

Beginners We require that you provide proof of your dog’s shots; bring you vet’s papers with you
the first night. Thru Open Without this documentation, you will not be allowed to train you dog with us. This is for the safety
of Note: your dog as well as the others. All dogs will be using a "choke" collar and a 6 foot leather leash. If
you do not have these, they can be purchased at Dunes Dog Training Club at a reasonable cost.
Also bring small soft treats for training.
Puppy Note: We require that you provide proof that your puppy is current on his/her vaccinations.
You will need a regular (buckle) collar, a leather leash, treats and a toy.

I hereby agree to pay Dunes Dog Training Club the sum of
* $60.00 for a seven (7) week Puppy Class
* $70.00 for dogs advancing to Beginners class from DDTC puppy class
* $80.00 for an eight (8) week initial course in Beginners, Beginner- Advanced, or Advanced
* $60.00 for dogs repeating a course of Beginners, Beg. Advanced or Advanced or
advancing to a higher level

Places in the regular classes are awarded on a PAID, first come first -serve basis until the limit has been
reached.
Payment for the course of must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the
first class. No refunds will be made. A female
that comes in season will be given three (3) weeks credit and that credit must be taken at the very next training session.
This credit applies to the same animal and trainee.
Dogs must be at least six (6) months old, with the exception of those enrolled
in the Puppy Class. Puppies may be eight (8) weeks up to six (6) months old. All dogs, six (6) months or older, must be current
with rabies vaccinations and complete inoculations against distemper, hepatitis and parvovirus within the past year. Puppies
under six (6) months must be current on required vaccinations. No dog will be allowed on the training premises without proof
of inoculations. A veterinary certificate must be shown to the Training Committee on the first night of class. We do not require
Kennel Cough Inoculations but highly recommend this inoculation for your dog.
Rules, regulations and management as prescribed by Dunes Dog Training Club, will be
strictly adhered to during the training course. Any vicious dog shall not be permitted to remain in class. Dunes Dog Training
Club reserves the right to make that decision. Owners will be held liable for
any damage or injury caused by their dog.
I understand by attending these classes there is a certain degree of risk that could involve injury to myself,
my minor children, and/or my dog while training my dog or attending the classes. In consideration of the benefits to be derived
and after carefully considering the risk involved and in view of the fact that Dunes Dog Training Club is a not-for-profit
organization, I hereby release, hold harmless, and waive all claims I may have against Dunes Dog Training Club, any or all
of its instructors, officers, and or members. I have read this contract thoroughly and agree to the terms and provisions herein.
